Poetry By Design currently accepts payment through PayPal online, as well as in the form of a credit card over the phone, and by check or money order through the mail. Poetry gifts will not be mailed out until credit card has been processed or check/money order has been received and cleared.

Poetry By Design is not responsible for typographical errors you may make in providing shipping addresses, so please check your spelling for accuracy to avoid any disappointments or delays in shipping.

Please ensure that complete addresses are given, i.e., Building, Suite, Room or Apartment number. There is a $10.00 fee for incorrect addresses given at the time of purchase.

If canceling your order becomes necessary, you must do so within three (3) business days of the date that you placed your order in order to be credited for the purchase. Because each poetry gift is an original work, NO CANCELLATIONS MAY BE MADE AFTER THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS OF YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER DATE AND IN NO CASE AFTER YOUR E-MAIL RECEIPT OF OUR DRAFT POETRY based on your provided criteria.

U.S.P.S. Priority Mail - Delivery to every address in the United States - including P.O. Boxes and military address. 2-3 day service to most domestic destinations.

U.S.P.S. Express Mail - Typical delivery is by United States Postal Service Priority Mail. However, U.S.P.S. Express Mail shipment is available for RUSH orders for an additional $25.00. Select the RUSH option by adding it to your Shopping Cart at Checkout in Step 4, Order Your Poetry (lefthand column). If you fail to designate your order as a RUSH order at the time of Checkout and you desire U.S.P.S. Express Mail shipment of your poetry, please contact us.
